| Education: Sam Abbing graduated as a tax lawyer at the University of Maastricht in 1996. |
| Experience: He started his professional career as a tax lawyer at Arthur Andersen, from where he moved to Deloitte in 2002. As Manager of International & Corporate Taxation, he was responsible for servicing a wide variety of clients, mainly consisting of international corporate groups, for many years. He was one of the founding partners of Taxperience Tax Lawyers in Den Bosch in mid-2005. |
| Practice Areas: A vastly experienced lawyer, he brings expertise to bear in all fields of tax law. He has worked on a great many (cross-border) mergers, MBOs and acquisitions and has also been closely involved in restructuring and transfer pricing projects, tax litigation, and tax audits. Out of personal interest, he has developed a vast knowledge base with respect to income tax, wage tax and social security, both national as well as international. |
