Experience: 2002 and onwards: Partner Rønne & Lundgren, 1997 - 2002: Partner in Sandager Advokatfirma, 1995 - 1997: Hjejle Gersted Mogensen, 1989 - 1995: Kromann & Münter (now Kromann Reumert), 1992 - 1999: Part time associate professor tax law, University of Copenhagen. Bente Møll Pedersen has written many articles and lectured in taxation for a number of years. She is a correspondent to the Bulletin for International Taxation (IBFD) and national branch reporter of the Cahier de Droit Fiscale International.
Practice Areas: Bente Møll Pedersen, partner, head of the firm's tax department, advises on Danish and international tax law. The practice includes M & A transactions, international and domestic group structuring, corporate reorganisations, tax and duty litigation before the National Tax Board, Danish courts and the European Court of Justice.
