Qualified Intermediary Solutions | QI Solutions, headed by US tax attorney and QI expert Andrew R. Wilson J.D., LL.M., is a consultancy firm that provides support and assistance to QIs world-wide. QI Solutions also specializes in US withholding tax matters for QIs and non-QIs, inlcuding withholding related to Form 1042 and Form 1099.
Andrew R. Wilson is holding 8 seminars in February and March 2009 in Milan, Rome, Lugano, Zurich, London, Luxembourg, Brussels and Amsterdam. The seminars will be a Qualified Intermediary Training Program, which essentially is a US withholding and reporting regime that affects non-US financial intermediaries.
