Membership is open to tax professionals with a higher qualification in the field of (international) taxation and some years of practical experience as a tax expert in a renowned legal or accounting firm, resp. with a different professional career of the same value as regards the field of taxation. The requirements are fairly strong but essential to meet the quality standards in the international market.
Membership does not establish legally binding commitments or obligations, e.g. cancellation from membership is anytime possible without any financial or other implications. Members are, however, exptected to adhere to a simple Code of Conduct that helps to enhance the cooperation among each other.
Members are entitled to refer to the membership on their websites, business cards, business paper, advertising material, emails etc., and to use the TaxPlanet Logos.
