| Mr. Morstadt (born 25 April 1968 in Offenburg) studied Law and Business Economics in Bayreuth, Münster and Lausanne. |
| After graduating he started working for one of the leading audit firms. During this time period he attended to European clients in Argentina for two years and changed later into the industrial sector. After two years in the head office, he took over the commercial management of the Thai subsidiary of a worldwide operating machine manufacturer. Since April 2004 Mr. Morstadt is equity partner of Lorenz & Partners. |
