| Education: Enoka is a graduate of the University of Dar-es-Salaam and holds a Degree in Government Accounting offered by the East and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). |
| Experience: Enoka has retired from Uganda Revenue Authority after a 31 years of un-interrupted, distinguished and hitherto un-surpassed service record during which he rose from the lowest to the highest rank of Commissioner and headed consumption and income based taxes in the country at different times. He also headed the Research and Development function in the Uganda Revenue authority for three years. In his career, Enoka attended a number of international and regional Postgraduate technical and management training courses. Enoka has been involved, and, on may occasions as team leader in a number of consultancy assignments in the implementation of major tax and institutional reforms as well as in the evolution of tax systems in Uganda and the East African region. |
