| Education: Ruben van Aarle graduated as a tax lawyer at the Tilburg University. |
| Experience: He started his professional career as a tax lawyer at Arthur Andersen, from where he moved to Deloitte in 2002. As Manager of International & Corporate Taxation, Ruben worked for medium-sized and large national and multinational enterprises (including listed companies) in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing, telecommunications, ICT, construction, transport and logistics to fashion and food. His work has brought him into close contact with the various fields of tax law, in both a national and international context. He was one of the founding partners of Taxperience Tax Lawyers in Den Bosch in mid-2005. |
| Practice Areas: His expertise covers advising Dutch and foreign based multinationals on Dutch domestic and international (corporate) tax issues. Areas of expertise include group restructuring and reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and divestures, management of transfer pricing projects, coordination of legal and tax compliance matters, as well as optimizing and implementing tax efficient group structures. Tax advice on IPOs, and developing and settling finance structures. Besides extensive international corporate tax advisory experience clients are assisted in Dutch tax audits and tax accounting projects. |
